Damaged in transit:
Items can be damaged upon delivery. Such cases are very rare, but possible. Remember to check your package prior to signing for delivery. If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately. We require pictures of the damaged item(s) before sending out your replacement or refund.
Lost in transit:
If your package is lost in transit, we will offer you the choice of a refund or replacement.
Incorrect part (the item you receive is different than what was paid for):
Inspect your parts once you receive them. If you receive an incorrect item, contact us immediately. We require pictures of the incorrect item before sending out a replacement or processing a refund.
Item does not fit:
If the item does not fit, it is necessary for us to understand the problem first. Please describe the problem and send us pictures. We will also require your car model, year and engine size. If the issue was the result of an error on our part, we will send you a full refund or replacement immediately.
If you purchase an incorrect item or no longer wish to purchase an item after your order has been processed, you are responsible for the return shipping at your own expense. Items returned in poor condition or with parts missing will not be refunded.
